Our Story
What comes to mind when you think of a family run restaurant? Is it unique recipes and a feeling of comfort when you walk through the door? Or maybe it’s the familiar faces of a place full of regulars. At Duke’s we want you to feel at home — because our restaurant is an extension of our family.
Chris & Noi Souvanna opened Duke’s in September 2017 to share their family recipes with the community and to teach their two boys, Phoenix and Duke, about running a business. From paint colors and ideas for the logo, their oldest Phoenix was involved from the start. It was his idea to name the restaurant after his little brother Duke. Chris is the creator of most dishes on the menu, while Noi keeps the place running. Together the Souvanna family has created a casual place to gather around good food and company, winning multiple awards and recognition in local and national publications.
Though “Thai” is in the name, our food touches on all regions with an Asian flare. From traditional dishes to stir fry, tacos, and the noodle bar our goal is to create food that we love and food that you will too.
